Our take
The Cuisinart DLC-032 julienne disc is a great addition for my DLC-7. It produces perfect 2x2mm julienne strips, ideal for stir-fries or garnishes. The build quality is good, made in Japan. The only downside is it's a single-purpose disc—only julienne, not slicing or shredding. Also, it only fits DLC-7 models. But if you do a lot of julienne cutting, this disc is efficient and saves time.
