About this product

This KitchenAid 2mm slicing disc is made of stainless steel and fits full-size food processors including models KFPW760, KFPW763, KFPM770, and KFPM773. It is designed for multi-purpose use, slicing fruit, meat, and vegetables. The disc measures 6.25 inches in height and width, with a thickness of 2mm. It is sold as a single accessory, ideal for users wanting thin, precise cuts. Manufactured in China.

Our take

I wanted thinner slices, so I grabbed this 2mm disc for my KitchenAid processor. The stainless steel is sturdy and slices through tomatoes and mushrooms paper-thin. It's a perfect fit for my KFPM770. The 2mm setting is ideal for delicate tasks. But it's only for slicing—no versatility. At $19.50, it's pricier than the 4mm version, but if you need thin cuts, it's worth it. Just be aware it's a single-use accessory; you'll need other discs for different tasks.
